I swear my AC unit was possessed — it was making noises like a dying walrus and blowing air that could melt steel. I called Climate Masters, and within an hour, HVAC hero Brad Poole showed up looking like he’d just stepped out of a Home Depot action movie.
He poked, prodded, and somehow spoke fluent “air conditioner.” Next thing I know, it’s colder inside than my ex’s heart.
Would 100% recommend. If my furnace ever starts growling again, I’m calling Brad before I call an exorcist.

I can’t say enough good things about Climate Masters! They are always so quick to respond and truly make you feel taken care of. When my A/C went out in the middle of the night, I was panicked—but because I’m part of their maintenance plan, Daniel Gaydos showed up within an hour of my call. He had everything up and running again before I knew it.
Daniel is amazing. Every time he comes out, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. He’s professional, kind, and genuinely cares about his customers. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on both him and Climate Masters whenever I need help.

This was our semi annual cleaning and as usual the techs are great. Tim was in and out and very professional. these guys are always right on top of it. We came home last week after being gone 4 months and the ac wasn't working right they were out that day and fixed it, highly recommend them
